Can we just take a minute and talk about the ladies.
One of my absolute favorite parts about being a wedding photographer is meeting the bridesmaids. I include bridal prep in all of my packages just for this reason alone. I love learning about the relationship they have with the bride, which you can usually feel when you walk in a room, and being a part of their day.
I decided to put together some inspiration from this years season. I shot 15 beautiful weddings full of fabulous ladies. I just had to show them off a bit more. There is a ton of color, A LOT of pink (which I happen to love so much), some mint (also LOVE LOVE LOVE) and even some gold and vintage dresses.
I adored everyone I had the chance to meet this year.
Take a peek at their beautiful dresses!
Arezoo was one of those brides that kept me in the loop during all of the planning. I actually really loved this about her. I got to hear all of her ideas and then see it all come to life. The bridesmaids mint dresses were absolutely stunning especially with the teal ocean right behind them and the blue sky above.
You cannot go wrong with blush or pink dresses. You just really can’t. I loved the top of these dresses. So flattering on everyone and a bit different for a bridesmaid dresses. The pink also looked fabulous with the babies breath flowers Laramie chose.
Classic in black is exactly what J’Dee wanted for her girls. I think black can only be pulled off by certain people with a certain style and this wedding party pulled it off perfectly. The cut of the dress just added to the classic look.
LOVED this shade of pink Renee chose for her girls. It was so pale it almost looked white sometimes. It was soft and romantic. Oh Sondra and her gold dresses. Sondra put together the most beautiful detailed wedding ever, in her very own backyard. These gold bridesmaids dresses fit perfectly. Jennifer wanted nothing traditional. She wanted her ladies to be comfortable and look good in whatever they wore. She had them choose their own dresses and hoped it all went well together. I think they did a pretty great job. More pink and again with such a great cut for the dress. I adored the long in the back look with the cowboy boots. Not to mention this group of ladies was a blast. I didn’t want the night to end (seriously look at these photos, you just want to laugh with them, and we did!) Yup…more pink. I think long bridesmaid dresses are so pretty. Flowy (is that even a word??) and elegant and really they look great on everyone. Ashley loves the color green so she just knew she had to have it for her ladies. I really think everyone looked fabulous in it.Oh Julie, how I knew her dresses would be fabulous. The fit, cut, color, slit…everything about these dresses were amazing. And…more pink…Again with the the very light pink…soft…romantic…Sarah was another one that really wanted a classic look for her wedding. Her bridemaids dresses were so elegant and fit everyone just perfect. Katie loves fall and with her girls in their plum dresses they fit just perfect. And then there is Char, who just loves color all together. Whether it was fall or not, she was having lots of color on her big day. I must say I loved them all. Oh Kelsey, the only one who would be this risky with her bridemaids dresses. The colors were stunning, I especially loved the champagne one, and those tops….woah they were stunning!
