Its that time of year again!
I am officially booking for Christmas Mini Photos in Edmonton again this year.
Here are some commonly asked questions you might have prior to booking your session
How do I book my session?
Just send me an email or a message on instagram that you would like to book. Full session payment is due for these sessions ($235 + GST = $246.75). Once I receive that via email transfer to lovencphotography@gmail.com You will be added to a Facebook group where you choose your date and time and receive additional information about your session
Where is your studio located?
My home studio is located on the north end of Edmonton, in Mcconachie (address will be given at time of booking)
Is your set for just kids?
Not at all. Both sets are available for kids and family shots and both can be photographed during your session. The studio is best for kids under the age of 10 so please do ask prior to booking.
Is there an age limit for the kids?
The sets are both best for kids ages 6 month up to 10 years but can be discussed at time of booking
Do you pick our time or do we?
You do. It is best to choose a time that is the happiest time for your little humans (aka not nap time). You may be asked to move your session as the idea is to keep them all flowing together for the day.
Do you give advice on what to wear/bring?
Absolutely. Once your session is booked you will be added to a group on Facebook with your time slot and tips for your session, including what to wear
Can we do our photos with our cousins?
You sure can. But this would be two packages booked and I will allow more time for this. Sessions are for immediate family only.
What plan do you have in place for covid?
I will be wearing a mask and ask any family members that are not in the photos to wear one as well. You will be asked to use sanitizer when you enter my home. No baked goods will be used in the sets this year and all props will be sanitized between sessions. A contract will be signed about your health and understanding of the symptoms of covid prior to your session. I do ask that you use your judgement and protect those around you. If you are not feeling well please ask me to reschedule. No refunds will be offered for any reason.
What if we need to reschedule?
I am pretty good at making reschedules work or other people in the group you will be added to are usually great with switching. With that being said, these session book up really quickly and rescheduling can get hectic so please keep this in mind when choosing your date. But again, I am human, life happens As mentioned, refunds will not be offered for these sessions.
Do you take a deposit to book?
Yes I do. Full payment, including GST, is required to secure your session. Because these book up so fast I need to ensure your session is secure so that I am not turning away others that may want it. Email transfer works great for me. ($246.75 total)
How much does it cost for additional photos?
You can absolutely purchase additional photos (most do). You can purchase additional photos for $35 each, up to an additional 20 for an additional $300 or as many as you’d like for an additional $500, all not including GST.
