This session came to light one day as I was shopping at Michaels. Anyone with a creative bone in their body knows that Michaels is just a bad idea all around. I cannot walk in that store without getting a million ideas and spending a ton of money. This shoot, however, I wanted to put together with little money spent and still have it turn out awesome. I had the idea. The props. The model. The makeup artist. I was set.

Now if light would have just worked out with me, we would have been golden. But, things ran late and the sun just didn’t want to stay up. It was shot in September so sunset was changing very rapidly. It was a challenge to say the least but it turned out pretty cool. We shot some sets with the red ambient light that came from a beautiful sunset. It definitely set the tone for the shoot.
