What to even say about this wedding at the Carriage House in Medicine Hat. It was literally a dream.
Classic, elegant and everything she dreamed of.
She found her man (many years ago) and now it was time to make it official.
Krystle dreamed of a classic elegant day. Stunning floor length gowns for her girls and custom tailored suits for the guys. Krystle is an owner of a business here in our little town…SHUT UP AND WEAR IT (you seriously need to check it out, this girl is talent, right along side her sister) so you know her wedding just has to be stylish.
One of the things that was the most important to Krystle was to have her wedding be held in the evening. She wanted to say I DO as the sun set for the day.
Unfortunately the week leading up to their day, it poured…every day…so they planned for that for the day of. Well, faith would have it that it was a beautiful day. A bit of clouds, soft light and the most amazing sunset. Even though their ceremony was moved inside, it was absolutely beautiful.
Surrounded by a white walled tent, with a chandelier hanging above them as their shared their first kiss as husband and wife. Their ceremony took place at the Carriage House in Medicine Hat. If you are looking for a romantic, soft venue make sure to check this out!
It was perfect.
Formal photos took place in the evening right after as we played with the light. It would peek out for a few minutes and then hide behind the clouds again.
Joey would literally pick Krystle up in his arms, and run across the field to try and get that yummy light. He did this a few times for me actually, thank you Joey! Best groom ever!!!
We had amazing luck and it gave us the most beautiful light. Just enough time to give Krystle her dream of being drenched in golden rays in the arms of her man.
Their reception was held in the same white tent as their ceremony.
Pink!!!
Everything was covered in pink. It was swoon-worthy! And knowing my love for pink, I was in heaven!
This wedding was to die for and every photographers dream. I am seriously convinced that every wedding should have this timeline. It was intimate, romantic and absolutely a perfect celebration.
Oh…and since my home town really isn’t all that big, I happened to run into a TON of people I knew at this wedding. Old clients, new clients, clients who have said hello via Facebook, and even a bunch of people from high school. It was absolutely awesome seeing everyone.
Thank you Joey and Krystle for including me in such a magical day. It was literally perfect start to finish (as though I haven’t said that enough already).
I wish you guys so much love in the future.
