The Country Lodge Wedding was absolutely to die for. I had never shot at this venue before but wow it was exactly what Jason and Kelsey imagined for their big day.

Kelsey is the girl next door. The one you know will be there for you no matter what and will always be there to make you laugh. She is so delightful, bubbly, and just completely down to earth. Kelsey lights up a room, heck the whole block. she has this lightness to her. Everybody wants to be her friend and should we even mention her great decor skills. I may ask this girl to come design my girl boss space.

Jason, well Jason  is just the most loving caring guy I have yet to meet. He genuinely cares about everyone and everything. Not to mention his moves on the dance floor are fabulous. I will never forget his dance with his Mom. I went home and told my husband that when our son gets married I can only hope he dances with me like that at his own wedding. So much love. Such an amazing bond.

Their whole family made me feel right at home.

Jason and Kelsey wanted an intimate wedding. One they share with their closest friends and family. The Country Lodge was a perfect venue for this. It was smaller but with the most romantic rustic vibe to it, which is exactly what they were looking for.

Their wedding was held at the end of October…in Edmonton. Now everyone knows Edmonton is crazy for weather and you truly never know what to expect. This day was cold. The leaves were gone. And it was windy. When you scroll down and look at the photos you can completely tell that it is cold out by the temperature of the photos BUT this group of people were absolutely fabulous. We took a TON of photos and none of them complained even once. They were so incredible and just great to work with.

Jason and Kelsey, it was such a fabulous day. I thank you so much for including me in it. Wishing you so much love in your future.
