These two had the most stunning engagement session in Edmonton.
We started out in a valley full of long grass and hills. It looked as though we weren’t even in Edmonton anymore.
And then we headed to a wheat field (for my photographer pals out there, always ask for permission!) which turned out to be one of my favorite locations by far. I loved the creamy tone the wheat added to the session. And did I mention they brought wine.
Laryssa and I go way back, like 9 years back. In fact I was her boss one day. Since the day we met we stayed friends. I recently shot her best friends wedding this past summer in Golden, B.C.
I was so excited when Laryssa FINALLY booked me. She had been telling me for years that she had to have me and couldn’t wait for Brian to put a ring on it. He did. And she said yes. And the wheels were set in motion.
You see we get to see a lot of versions of love. These two have it. He loves her to death. I mean they have a connection like nothing else. I kind of felt like I should have stepped away for a bit during this session. It got a bit steamy. Maybe it was the wine, who knows.
Either way it was a pretty fabulous night. We literally shot until there was no light left.
I cannot wait for your beautiful winter wedding.
Love you!
