Saying the Modde family sounds so very odd to me. Shawn has always been my family and my heart but now we have a whole entire family of our own.

We have a son!

He is finally here!

I couldn’t wait to have photos taken with our family. As photographers it is very hard to get us in front of the camera together, let alone as a new family, so I was very excited for these. Of course, my good friend Sarah (with Modern Photography) was happy to come over and spend some time with us. I finally felt how Mom’s feel about hoping their kid is going to  be good for photos. And of course, he cried right off the bat. Well nothing a good ol’ bottle can’t fix. After that it was smooth sailing. And I must say, he is quite photogenic but I am totally biased.
