January 30th, 2013 I got a message from Julie asking if I would be part of something super special, a vow renewal. She talked of the importance of wedding photos, and the meaning of true love. Struggles and triumph and most of all over coming odds. I could tell that deep down she is a realist and full of romance. So I knew we were a prefect fit. We talked as the months went on and I was so excited to witness this vow renewal with a scenic backdrop out in Elkwater, Alberta

And it was what I expected…actually even more.

She stressed several times that it would be low key and just a moment for her and her little family.

Well she had an amazing decorator set up a stunning rustic archway for her.

She bought a dress that made her simply glow.

And dressed her men to the nines.

It was amazing, and just oh so special.

We got eaten alive by mosquito’s, had a little scare with a “missing” lens and literally chased the light.

It was a magical night.
